Nazım Ülkümen hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Tahtakale FK's goal looked a bit too open when Marián Líška came free, but Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marián Líška received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı came out and tried to block the shot, but Marián Líška slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, YsR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüsamettin Zihni to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Nazım Ülkümen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baturhan Ilgaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a little luck, Tahtakale FK's Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı got control of the ball when Kevin Sauvage tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marián Líška in the 27th minute of play forced Tahtakale FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazım Ülkümen in the 29th minute of play forced YsR FC's goalkeeper Baturhan Ilgaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hüseyin Heybetli kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Kevin Sauvage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı having to interfere. Tahtakale FK's Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marián Líška in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of YsR FC booed when Tahtakale FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdullah Baykır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyprian Mudry hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes, Tahtakale FK's Hamdullah Baykır shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baturhan Ilgaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tahtakale FK reached it. Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı was a little too slow when Marián Líška got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marián Líška was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Berkin Özgunay in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by YsR FC's Önder Özcam. After 60 played minutes Tahtakale FK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Yaşar İpekçi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marián Líška in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Marián Líška had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes, Kevin Sauvage made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tahtakale FK's Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute Marián Líška shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th match minute, YsR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprian Mudry to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Mustafa Yaşar İpekçi from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Baturhan Ilgaz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marián Líška went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. In the 97th minute of the match, Nazım Ülkümen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baturhan Ilgaz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 98thth minute of the game Kevin Sauvage who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tahtakale FK's Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the YsR FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
