An unexpectedly hard shot by Necmettin Uğuray in the 21st minute of play forced Tahtakale FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Tahtakale FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ecevit Şerhenk came free, but Mehmet Hakkı Hızarcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Silivri SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Çelebi Vefakar should have stopped the shot. If Bilgin Bengi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çelebi Vefakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nazım Ülkümen in the 64th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Nazım Ülkümen made a precise shot to the right of Çelebi Vefakar. Silivri SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Ecevit Şerhenk came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Silivri SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ecevit Şerhenk couldn't finish the play.
