Hakkı Devrim Salar struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Erkut Tarhun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buca. If Gündüz Koray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Buca booed when Mroo fk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıçhan Kaygun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orçun Çeliktaş was a little too slow when Süleyman Yerhum got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. Mroo fk's Süleyman Yerhum got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gündüz Koray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orçun Çeliktaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Süleyman Yerhum in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Buca's zone, Gündüz Koray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orçun Çeliktaş came out of the goal and Gündüz Koray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Orçun Çeliktaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süleyman Yerhum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Mroo fk's Erkut Tarhun got control of the ball when Hakkı Devrim Salar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Mroo fk's goal looked a bit too open when Murat Mürşit came free, but Erkut Tarhun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Buca getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Korkutalp Polathan hit a great ball. Korkutalp Polathan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erkut Tarhun having to interfere.
