Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Şeref Keykavus started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sungurbey Bardakçıoğlu got free with Tamer Nusrettin in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bilgin Özger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Tamer Nusrettin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sungurbey Bardakçıoğlu's late challenge caught a Kemaliye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sungurbey Bardakçıoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Sungurbey Bardakçıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Bilgin Özger made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Oran's Mirkelam Sadir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bilgin Özger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mirkelam Sadir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilgin Özger in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Oran's Nurettin Hacı got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilgin Özger in the 46th minute of play forced Oran's goalkeeper Mirkelam Sadir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th match minute, Oran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Müfit Akkılıç to maneuver through the defense. Kemaliye's Bilgin Özger got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bilgin Özger to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Bilgin Özger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Müfit Akkılıç fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oran's protests and gave Müfit Akkılıç a yellow card for diving instead. After 58 played minutes Oran got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Akkılıç. Şeref Keykavus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kemaliye's Tamer Nusrettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şeref Keykavus in the 64th minute of play. Bilgin Özger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirkelam Sadir having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Oran's Nurettin Hacı got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Oran's zone, Besim Şemsi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mirkelam Sadir came out of the goal and Besim Şemsi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Şeref Keykavus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd match minute, Oran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurettin Hacı to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Besim Şemsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Besim Şemsi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Mirkelam Sadir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ediz Kura lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 83 minutes into the game, one of Oran:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mirkelam Sadir had in the 86thth minute some difficulties stopping Barış Tanak's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Mirkelam Sadir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilgin Özger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89thth minute of the game Bilgin Özger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oran's Mirkelam Sadir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 98th minute, Bilgin Özger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bilgin Özger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Oran supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kemaliye's performance. The match ended with a win for Kemaliye.
