Birdal Yöner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ahmet Hayri Aktürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birdal Yöner having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Arif Ünverdi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birdal Yöner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mustafa Numan Ulutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Onurhan Bilek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Numan Ulutay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Onurhan Bilek made a huge save. Ahmet Hayri Aktürk struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Birdal Yöner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HoşafSporFK. If Ahmet Arif Ünverdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ahmet Hayri Aktürk came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the HoşafSporFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hayri Aktürk couldn't finish the play. Birdal Yöner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Arif Ünverdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Arif Ünverdi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ahmet Arif Ünverdi managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmet Arif Ünverdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Birdal Yöner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birdal Yöner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Arif Ünverdi's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Besiktas JK's Birdal Yöner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Besiktas JK from getting a goal against them. After 84 played minutes Besiktas JK got a freekick which was hit by Emin Ayvazoğlu. 85 minutes into the match, HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Arif Ünverdi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birdal Yöner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mustafa Numan Ulutay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the match, HoşafSporFK's goal looked a bit too open when Gürbüz Baykutay came free, but Onurhan Bilek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onurhan Bilek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Numan Ulutay in the 96th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes HoşafSporFK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Danış Tekgül. The Besiktas JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. HoşafSporFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
