Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahmet Baki Akçasu took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Ulvi Kürşat dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Onurhan Bilek, 1-0. If Abbas Sendur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of HoşafSporFK booed when Besni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kutay Filiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Arif Ünverdi in the 12th minute of play forced Besni's goalkeeper Mehmet Hakkı Cevher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Hakkı Cevher came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Arif Ünverdi. But to his dismay, Ahmet Arif Ünverdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ahmet Baki Akçasu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abbas Sendurs short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Onurhan Bilek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes into the match, HoşafSporFK's goalkeeper Onurhan Bilek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abbas Sendur. Abbas Sendur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Onurhan Bilek made a huge save. In the 29th minute Ahmet Hayri Aktürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Hakkı Cevher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ahmet Hayri Aktürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Besni defense, Ahmet Arif Ünverdi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Hakkı Cevher. The Besni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Hakkı Cevher should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Ahmet Hayri Aktürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. HoşafSporFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Hayri Aktürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Hakkı Cevher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Arif Ünverdi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Hakkı Cevher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Hakkı Cevher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Hayri Aktürk's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Abbas Sendur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Onurhan Bilek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Arif Ünverdi made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Hayri Aktürk got free with Mehmet Hakkı Cevher in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Onurhan Bilek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abbas Sendur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Baki Akçasu in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Onurhan Bilek saved HoşafSporFK from getting behind. Besni's Abbas Sendur got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Hayri Aktürk got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, HoşafSporFK's Gökalp Kalgay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Hakkı Cevher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Arif Ünverdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Hakkı Cevher having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match Güray İplikçi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Onurhan Bilek skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute, Abbas Sendur made a precise shot to the right of Onurhan Bilek. HoşafSporFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Arif Ünverdi in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Hakkı Cevher saved Besni from getting behind. HoşafSporFK's Ahmet Arif Ünverdi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of HoşafSporFK booed when Besni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulvi Kürşat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Besim Öğeturk shot from long distance in the 97th minute, but Mehmet Hakkı Cevher was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post.
