In the 16th minute, one of Selendi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Selendi. Gökberk Sıratullah placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 25th match minute, Selendi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balaban Çetintürk to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Buyuktaskapu FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kunter Akbudun hit a great ball. A hard shot 31 in the game by Alpay Şakib from a close distance when the talented Kılıç Gülle managed to make a qualified save. Buyuktaskapu FC's players were relieved. Kılıç Gülle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alpay Şakib in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Selendi's goalkeeper Talha Tuz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Buyuktaskapu FC's Kılıç Gülle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Buyuktaskapu FC from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alpay Şakib to strike the kick off in the second half. Kunter Akbudun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Arnaldo Urre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Arnaldo Urre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buyuktaskapu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Urre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Urre got free with Talha Tuz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnaldo Urres short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Talha Tuz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Balaban Çetintürk hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Talha Tuz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Urre in the 78th minute. Selendi's Alpay Şakib got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alpay Şakib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Urre scored 0-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Talha Tuz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Azim Bozdoğan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Arnaldo Urre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
