Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alican Tellioğlu got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Abdi Saygın Ahid got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Muzaffer Yunus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdi Saygın Ahid kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Fenerbahçe's Vecdet Oğuzer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Fenerbahçe from getting a goal against them. Vecdet Oğuzer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muzaffer Yunus in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Vecdet Oğuzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muzaffer Yunus. If Muzaffer Yunus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Fenerbahçe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cayyolu JK:s goal. If Alemdar Topçam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Günalp İzgü took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uluç Tunçöven. Cayyolu JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fenerbahçe's Alemdar Topçam got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alemdar Topçam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alican Tellioğlu in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vecdet Oğuzer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Necat Kabakçı struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Uluç Tunçöven didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbahçe. 48 minutes into the match, Cayyolu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Alemdar Topçam came free, but Uluç Tunçöven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Uluç Tunçöven was a little too slow when Necat Kabakçı got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 57th minute, Ziya Onur Şavat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Sümer Eldemir sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cayyolu JK's Uluç Tunçöven didn't even have to move. Alican Tellioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Necat Kabakçı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muzaffer Yunus in the 66th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Vecdet Oğuzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muzaffer Yunus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alemdar Topçam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uluç Tunçöven having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cayyolu JK's zone, Alemdar Topçam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uluç Tunçöven came out of the goal and Alemdar Topçam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Necat Kabakçı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe defense, Alican Tellioğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vecdet Oğuzer. The Fenerbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vecdet Oğuzer should have stopped the shot. Alemdar Topçam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Uluç Tunçöven made a huge save. Macit Tara's late challenge caught a Fenerbahçe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Macit Tara helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cayyolu JK's Macit Tara got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fenerbahçe's Sümer Eldemir couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cayyolu JK. Uluç Tunçöven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necat Kabakçı in the 86th minute of play. Alican Tellioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vecdet Oğuzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alemdar Topçam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Uluç Tunçöven made a huge save. Cayyolu JK's Alican Tellioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Muzaffer Yunus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vecdet Oğuzer. Fenerbahçe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Muzaffer Yunus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cayyolu JK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fenerbahçe had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
