Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Doğa Urkan kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind BURSASPOR's goalkeeper İldeniz Onatkan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cihat Tüney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arda Koçer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Yavuzeli were awarded a corner. Muhammet Doğanhan went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of BURSASPOR booed when Yavuzeli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamit Bahçeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cihat Tüney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yavuzeli's Cihat Tüney got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Cihat Tüney kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving İldeniz Onatkan. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Necati Işınsu kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Yavuzeli's Dursun Ali Gemici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seyfettin Kuray in the 39th minute of play. Seyfettin Kuray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Dursun Ali Gemici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Arda Koçer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yavuzeli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cihat Tüney made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Yavuzeli's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Gemici had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tayfur Ozaner. If Doğa Urkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute Cihat Tüney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İldeniz Onatkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arda Koçer struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. İldeniz Onatkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yavuzeli. When Seyfettin Kuray came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the BURSASPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyfettin Kuray couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihat Tüney in the 83rd minute of play forced BURSASPOR's goalkeeper İldeniz Onatkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arda Koçer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arda Koçer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cihat Tüney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Altay Pektay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BURSASPOR's zone, Arda Koçer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İldeniz Onatkan came out of the goal and Arda Koçer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the BURSASPOR defense, Cihat Tüney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İldeniz Onatkan. The BURSASPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İldeniz Onatkan should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Yavuzeli players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
