The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Çeliker Yalaza kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Tamer Has, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gürcan Serol struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mustafa Arif Tanberk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Besiktas JK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Fatih Hikmettin in the 16th minute of play forced cidospor's goalkeeper Mustafa Arif Tanberk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Fatih Hikmettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mustafa Arif Tanberk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lokman Ergüvenç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anıl Ozan Şimşek hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, cidospor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arcan İzmirli to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Arif Tanberk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gürcan Serol went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the game, one of Besiktas JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 37 minutes into the match, Çeliker Yalaza notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Besiktas JK's Ahmet Kadri Nizami. Ahmet Kadri Nizami was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 40 played minutes Besiktas JK got a freekick which was hit by Cumhur Tamkut. Çeliker Yalaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lokman Ergüvenç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ahmet Kadri Nizami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baykal Enginsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Kadri Nizami having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 53rd minute Gürcan Serol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Arif Tanberk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, cidospor's Lokman Ergüvenç made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Kadri Nizami was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lokman Ergüvenç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Besiktas JK's Mehmet Fatih Hikmettin in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye cidospor's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68thth minute of the game Mehmet Fatih Hikmettin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but cidospor's Mustafa Arif Tanberk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Baykal Enginsoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When cidospor's Baykal Enginsoy in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Besiktas JK's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Kadri Nizami didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. Kadri Vahdettin hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ahmet Kadri Nizami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baykal Enginsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. cidospor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
