But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çelikan Rafetoğulları couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Hakan Özengin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pars Yetiş in the 7th minute of the match. Erdi Yetener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Tugay Sabih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Birol Hakim during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mustafa Birol Hakim kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Reha Ağca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erdi Yetener made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reha Ağca in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Novera's Akil Batıhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Hakan Özengin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mustafa Hakan Özengin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akil Batıhan in the 29th minute of the match. Novera's Akil Batıhan got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çelikan Rafetoğulları in the 35th minute of play forced Gemerek SK's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Özengin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Hakan Özengin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akil Batıhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Volkan Ataergin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Gemerek SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ege Kutal to maneuver through the defense. If Çelikan Rafetoğulları had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çelikan Rafetoğulları was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gemerek SK's goal looked a bit too open when Akil Batıhan came free, but Mustafa Hakan Özengin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Çelikan Rafetoğulları in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Hakan Özengin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Arif Tugay Sabih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Çelikan Rafetoğulları fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Hakan Özengin having to interfere. Akil Batıhans short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Mustafa Hakan Özengin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Novera's Erdi Yetener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ege Kutal in the 65th minute of play. Erdi Yetener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Tugay Sabih, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Volkan Ataergin fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gemerek SK's protests and gave Volkan Ataergin a yellow card for diving instead. Volkan Ataergin kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 72 minutes, İlmi Açıkalın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gemerek SK and the Novera players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Gemerek SK got a freekick which was hit by İlmi Açıkalın. In the 75th minute Reha Ağca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdi Yetener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Çelikan Rafetoğulları reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mustafa Hakan Özengin. The goal made the score 1-2. 79 minutes into the match, Gemerek SK's goal looked a bit too open when Çelikan Rafetoğulları came free, but Mustafa Hakan Özengin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Akil Batıhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Novera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akil Batıhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Hakan Özengin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çelikan Rafetoğulları in the 87th minute. Pars Yetiş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Hakan Özengin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Akil Batıhan in the 91st minute. Çelikan Rafetoğulları sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
