Spectators: 6665 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Seyfettin Kutlu started the match with the kick off. Mirkelam Özol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seyfettin Kutlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Gediz Gucu's goal looked a bit too open when Seyfettin Kutlu came free, but Mirkelam Özol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahap Belek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Suavi Talha in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gencalp Yelmen saved Kula from getting behind. Vahap Belek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Gencalp Yelmen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mirkelam Özol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seyfettin Kutlu in the 18th minute of the match. Vahap Belek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gencalp Yelmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziya Onur Sebil hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Vahap Belek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Yelmen having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Ahmet Kadri Uçur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gediz Gucu and the Kula players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute Seyfettin Kutlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirkelam Özol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gediz Gucu's zone, Seyfettin Kutlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mirkelam Özol came out of the goal and Seyfettin Kutlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seyfettin Kutlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mirkelam Özol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Suavi Talha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ali Cafer Adem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mirkelam Özol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Seyfettin Kutlu's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 58 played minutes Gediz Gucu got a freekick which was hit by Hatemi Özaktuğ. Mirkelam Özol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Seyfettin Kutlu's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Işık Erek struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Mirkelam Özol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kula. Mirkelam Özol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyfettin Kutlu in the 65th minute of play. Ali Cafer Adem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mirkelam Özol came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Kula's Ali Cafer Adem. But to his dismay, Ali Cafer Adem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Seyfettin Kutlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kula booed when Gediz Gucu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hatemi Özaktuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seyfettin Kutlu in the 77th minute of play forced Gediz Gucu's goalkeeper Mirkelam Özol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Uğur Candar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Gediz Gucu defense, Ali Cafer Adem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mirkelam Özol. The Gediz Gucu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mirkelam Özol should have stopped the shot. Ali Cafer Adem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Mirkelam Özol made a huge save. Mirkelam Özol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfettin Kutlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Seyfettin Kutlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirkelam Özol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kula's Seyfettin Kutlu got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mirkelam Özol was a little too slow when Ali Cafer Adem got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-3. Seyfettin Kutlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
