Çakabey Özçin made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Hatemi Emektar sent off a good shot on target. Sakarya FC's Tevfik Boysel got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu in the 13th minute of play forced Oguzeli JK's goalkeeper Aktan Tükelay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Turabi Taze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oguzeli JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sakarya FC the free kick. Oguzeli JK's Aktan Tükelay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Boysel in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vecdet Lebib in the 17th minute of play forced Sakarya FC's goalkeeper Çakabey Özçin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sakarya FC's Tevfik Boysel in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oguzeli JK's goalkeeper Aktan Tükelay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aktan Tükelay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tevfik Boysel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aktan Tükelay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 played minutes Oguzeli JK got a freekick which was hit by Fedai Tayfun. Aktan Tükelay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tevfik Boysel in the 35th minute of the match. Ersan Ulukut kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Çakabey Özçin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vecdet Lebib in the 39th minute of play. Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktan Tükelay having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Aktan Tükelay. Oguzeli JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Oguzeli JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sakarya FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tevfik Boysel made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Tevfik Boysel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tevfik Boysel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aktan Tükelay made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu sent off a good shot on target. Çakabey Özçin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vecdet Lebib, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Oguzeli JK booed when Sakarya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alperen Sabeddin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktan Tükelay having to interfere. If Hatemi Emektar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aktan Tükelay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu in the 83rd minute. Tevfik Boysel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Aktan Tükelay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şükrü Bakırcıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Aktan Tükelay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sakarya FC. Tevfik Boysel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Sakarya FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oguzeli JK throughout the match.
