In the 12th minute Seyfettin Kutlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yalçın Ersavaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İhsan Sözer during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kula booed when KOSARSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. İhsan Sözer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özalp İlter hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Kula's goal looked a bit too open when Nihat Tumbay came free, but Gencalp Yelmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayhan Yaban was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 59th match minute, KOSARSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayhan Yaban to maneuver through the defense. Yalçın Ersavaş yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After having played for 73 minutes, Seyfettin Kutlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kula's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seyfettin Kutlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nihat Tumbay hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kula's Ziya Onur Sebil tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ali Cafer Adem came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yalçın Ersavaş could save by the left post. 82 minutes into the game, Ali Cafer Adem cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Yalçın Ersavaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kula's goalkeeper Gencalp Yelmen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Kula getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Afşar Tuğtaşı hit a great ball. Ali Cafer Adem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Yalçın Ersavaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kula walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
