Ali Nabi Şahin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Ergin İlighan made a huge save. In the 4th minute, Urla's Abdi Durcan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ergin İlighan. Ergin İlighan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ergin İlighan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Danış Horasanlı in the 13th minute of the match. Abdi Durcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ergin İlighan. Erzurum BŞB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdi Durcan in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ergin İlighan saved Erzurum BŞB from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Ali Nabi Şahin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Ergin İlighan managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Urla's Abdi Durcan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice moves Ali Nabi Şahin could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Ergin İlighan however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdi Durcan in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ergin İlighan saved Erzurum BŞB from getting behind. Selçuk Tanbolat hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Selçuk Tanbolat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Nurettin Direm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nurettin Direm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İzzet Bakır in the 34th minute of the match. If Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdi Durcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergin İlighan having to interfere. Ali Nabi Şahin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 42 minutes into the match, Erzurum BŞB's goalkeeper Ergin İlighan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu. Erzurum BŞB's Ergin İlighan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Erzurum BŞB from getting a goal against them. Ergin İlighan was a little too slow when Abdi Durcan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute Bedir Dündar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergin İlighan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdi Durcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ergin İlighan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, Urla's Abdi Durcan made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ergin İlighan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute, Ali Nabi Şahin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ergin İlighan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Ergin İlighan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Danış Horasanlı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Urla booed when Erzurum BŞB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzet Bakır didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Erzurum BŞB's zone, Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ergin İlighan came out of the goal and Ahmet İlhan Atlıoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Danış Horasanlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ergin İlighan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Abdi Durcan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Ergin İlighan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
