Melik Korkut made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Selmi Yazıcıoğlu sent off a good shot on target. Arda İncesu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zekai Elmacı in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Akif Özdoğal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arda İncesu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Tercan FK's goal looked a bit too open when Akif Özdoğal came free, but Arda İncesu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Tercan FK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
