Cemil Tavil took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uğuralp Uludağ. Uğuralp Uludağ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Hayrettin Uğursoy kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Cemil Tavil took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uğuralp Uludağ. Uğuralp Uludağ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 32nd minute, Sögütözü's Hayrettin Resul ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celil Yayalp. Celil Yayalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. If Hayrettin Resul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Tamer Seci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hayrettin Resul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gazanfer Bender kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hayrettin Resul to strike the kick off in the second half. Celil Yayalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayrettin Resul in the 56th minute of play. Uğuralp Uludağ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alperen Seyfeddin's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute, Ian Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cemil Tavil in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Uğuralp Uludağ, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sögütözü's Hayrettin Resul got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute of the match Sermet Sabih shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uğuralp Uludağ showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cemil Tavil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uğuralp Uludağ having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Tamer Seci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sögütözü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Koehler in the 84th minute of play forced Galatasaray's goalkeeper Celil Yayalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gazanfer Bender charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gazanfer Bender the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gazanfer Bender hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Galatasaray's Alperen Seyfeddin got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hayrettin Resul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celil Yayalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After some careless play in the Galatasaray defense, Hayrettin Resul kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celil Yayalp. The Galatasaray fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celil Yayalp should have stopped the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
