Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) DRS SPOR's Adnan Yalgın started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Cevahir Mikail managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bafraspor 1930's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cevahir Mikail was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute Adnan Yalgın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahtiyar Şahvar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DRS SPOR's Adnan Yalgın got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halil Can Altın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlhan Boysan in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Bafraspor 1930 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osman Besim to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bafraspor 1930 booed when DRS SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayhan Yayalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. İsmail Hakkı Arman hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Cevahir Mikail put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Halil Can Altın. Bahtiyar Şahvar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adnan Yalgın, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İlhan Boysan to make the kick off. Bahtiyar Şahvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Yalgın in the 53rd minute of the match. If Adnan Yalgın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mustafa Ali Dalan fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DRS SPOR's protests and gave Mustafa Ali Dalan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th play minute Cevahir Mikail came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Halil Can Altın. 0-2. İlhan Boysans short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Halil Can Altın to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adnan Yalgın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahtiyar Şahvar having to interfere. Halil Can Altın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlhan Boysan's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes of play, Bafraspor 1930's Cevahir Mikail made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Halil Can Altın was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Bafraspor 1930's İlhan Boysan in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DRS SPOR's goalie prevented a goal. Halil Can Altın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlhan Boysan in the 95th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adnan Yalgın in the 99th minute of play forced Bafraspor 1930's goalkeeper Bahtiyar Şahvar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
