Seyit Bahar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arif Cengiz Tuygun went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 11 minutes in the game, Ömer Secaat fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kenan Mukerrem having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Furkan Seri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kenan Mukerrem. The goal made the score 2-1. Timur Keskiner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Kenan Mukerrem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Furkan Seri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenan Mukerrem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Kenan Mukerrem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furkan Seri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mevlüt Birhan hit a great ball. Furkan Seri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Kokoreçspor's Furkan Seri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenan Mukerrem. That made the score 3-1 after 46 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Furkan Seri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Timur Keskiner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenan Mukerrem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. When Timur Keskiner came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Kokoreçspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timur Keskiner couldn't finish the play. Kenan Mukerrem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Furkan Seri's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçem's zone, Timur Keskiner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenan Mukerrem came out of the goal and Timur Keskiner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Furkan Seri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenan Mukerrem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Furkan Seri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kokoreçspor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
