To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Kadri Çokay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nurdagi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manisa Kırkağaç the free kick. Gökmen Baykan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Sebati Ceylan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nurdagi's Sebati Ceylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğaner Kamber in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Nurdagi's Ejder Abanoz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Levent Gencal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute Ejder Abanoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levent Gencal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Özden Hüryaşar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Özden Hüryaşar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Levent Gencal was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When Gökmen Baykan came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Manisa Kırkağaç fans jumped to their feet. After a rather tough play, Nurdagi's Arın Kamran got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Nurdagi getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dinç Ciray hit a great ball. Manisa Kırkağaç's Doğaner Kamber got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Doğaner Kamber fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manisa Kırkağaç's protests and gave Doğaner Kamber a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Doğaner Kamber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doğaner Kamber in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebati Ceylan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gökmen Baykan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebati Ceylan having to interfere. In the 84th minute of the match Şansal Unsur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebati Ceylan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Ejder Abanoz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Levent Gencal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ejder Abanoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
