Spectators: 6457 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Galatasaray SK's Birdal Pekdemir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Resulhan Bekir fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cevatoz FC's protests and gave Resulhan Bekir a yellow card for diving instead. Resulhan Bekir kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. If Vahit Akdoruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute Vahit Akdoruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Tugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vecdi Uysal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Batuğ Aktürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasan Tugal came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray SK's Birdal Pekdemir. But to his dismay, Birdal Pekdemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Birdal Pekdemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hasan Tugal. Cevatoz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birdal Pekdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birdal Pekdemir in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hasan Tugal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, Ahmet Baki Pekdeger notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Galatasaray SK's Batuğ Aktürk. Batuğ Aktürk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Güvenç Üster ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasan Tugal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Birdal Pekdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Birdal Pekdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hasan Tugal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Birdal Pekdemir in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hasan Tugal saved Cevatoz FC from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, Nuh Akburç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cevatoz FC the free kick. Hasan Tugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahit Akdoruk in the 43rd minute of play. Hasan Tugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birdal Pekdemir in the 44th minute of play. If Vahit Akdoruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vecdi Uysal made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Galatasaray SK's zone, Vecdi Uysal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batuğ Aktürk came out of the goal and Vecdi Uysal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Cevatoz FC's Hasan Tugal got control of the ball when Vahit Akdoruk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Baki Pekdeger struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Batuğ Aktürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cevatoz FC. Vahit Akdoruks short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Hasan Tugal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hasan Tugal came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray SK's Vahit Akdoruk. But to his dismay, Vahit Akdoruk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In a very dangerous position, a player in Galatasaray SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Cevatoz FC. Batıhan Tolga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Batuğ Aktürk. 2-4. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Batuğ Aktürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Birdal Pekdemir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hasan Tugal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Galatasaray SK's Birdal Pekdemir was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Galatasaray SK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Güvenç Üster hit a great ball. 82 minutes in the game, Vecdi Uysal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Vahit Akdoruk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Hasan Tugal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Cevatoz FC defense, Vahit Akdoruk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hasan Tugal. The Cevatoz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hasan Tugal should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Birdal Pekdemir reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hasan Tugal. The goal made the score 3-7.
