The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Halit Fahri Tardu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nazil Durhal. Gökceada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Halit Fahri Tardu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Halit Fahri Tardu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Halit Kadir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nazil Durhal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halit Kadir struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Nazil Durhal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kocaköy. After 23 minutes, Boğaç Nasih mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gökceada and the Kocaköy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Halit Fahri Tardu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nazil Durhal having to make a save. Nazil Durhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Fahri Tardu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Nazil Durhal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halit Fahri Tardu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giray İzhan to make the kick off. Nazil Durhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Fahri Tardu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nazil Durhal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Halit Kadir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocaköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halit Kadir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Halit Kadir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Nazil Durhal made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halit Fahri Tardu in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nazil Durhal saved Gökceada from getting behind. The Gökceada fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kocaköy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
