Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Halit Kadir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Recai Soysal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Mirza Şenal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gafur Tanır quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17th minute Mirza Şenal suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Halit Kadir kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Kocaköy's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuzalp Özduru came free, but Gafur Tanır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kocaköy getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ergün İhtişam hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Doganyurt JK's goalkeeper Recai Soysal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Halit Kadir. Halit Kadir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recai Soysal having to interfere. Halit Fahri Tardu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Halit Fahri Tardu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recai Soysal having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aytunç Tuncalp during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kocaköy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Aytunç Tuncalp hit a great ball. The supporters of Kocaköy booed when Doganyurt JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bora Ulusan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Recai Soysal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Fahri Tardu, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yavuzalp Özduru to make the kick off. Recai Soysal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Kadir in the 51st minute of the match. Cüneyt Özal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Halit Fahri Tardu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halit Fahri Tardu in the 56th minute of play forced Doganyurt JK's goalkeeper Recai Soysal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Halit Kadir notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Doganyurt JK's Recai Soysal. Recai Soysal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cüneyt Özal in the 61st minute of play forced Kocaköy's goalkeeper Gafur Tanır to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Halit Kadir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Doganyurt JK's İsmail Cem Özkut got a free kick in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Halit Fahri Tardu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kocaköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Halit Fahri Tardu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Recai Soysal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 72 minutes, Saltuk İkram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doganyurt JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saltuk İkram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gafur Tanır made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yavuzalp Özduru in the 74th minute. Halit Kadir might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Recai Soysal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Halit Kadir ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the game, Halit Kadir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Recai Soysal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Halit Kadir scored 3-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Recai Soysal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 minutes, Azim Zakir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doganyurt JK and the Kocaköy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Doganyurt JK booed when Kocaköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergün İhtişam didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Aytunç Tuncalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yavuzalp Özduru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Gafur Tanır made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Halit Fahri Tardu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Recai Soysal was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Doganyurt JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
