Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sungurhan Tunç took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Bektaş Ali Periz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's Arif Tugay Rekin got control of the ball when Bektaş Ali Periz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeki Dursunali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sezai Canıtez having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Demir Ceberut kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arif Tugay Rekin. That made the score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. Sungurhan Tunç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sezai Canıtez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Arif Tugay Rekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demir Ceberut, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Bektaş Ali Periz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Arif Tugay Rekin made a huge save. In the 39th minute Zeki Dursunali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezai Canıtez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bektaş Ali Periz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Arif Tugay Rekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kelkit. Bektaş Ali Periz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Arif Tugay Rekin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's goalkeeper Arif Tugay Rekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bektaş Ali Periz. Arif Tugay Rekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demir Ceberut in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demir Ceberut to make the kick off. Sungurhan Tunç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Sezai Canıtez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 60 in the game by Zeki Dursunali from a close distance when the talented Sezai Canıtez managed to make a qualified save. Kelkit's players were relieved. Bektaş Ali Periz struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Arif Tugay Rekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kelkit. In the 64th minute Demir Ceberut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Tugay Rekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arif Tugay Rekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bektaş Ali Periz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sezai Canıtez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Arif Tugay Rekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bektaş Ali Periz in the 70th minute of play. If Sungurhan Tunç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bektaş Ali Periz in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Tugay Rekin saved Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu from getting behind. In the 77th match minute, Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hacı Uğursay to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hacı Uğursay hit a great ball. When Bektaş Ali Periz came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Kelkit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bektaş Ali Periz couldn't finish the play. Sezai Canıtez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sungurhan Tunç's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Kelkit's Sezai Canıtez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Kelkit from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the game, Sungurhan Tunç recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sezai Canıtez. Sungurhan Tunç showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The Kelkit fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
