Arif Civan in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kamil Ulucan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kamil Ulucan was a little too slow when Özgün Dertsiz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. Abdurrahman Özdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağan Ünalp in the 11th minute of play. Abdurrahman Özdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Rıza Karasu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamil Ulucan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgün Dertsiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Arif Civan struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Kamil Ulucan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karabaglar. With a little luck, Idealtepe's Kamil Ulucan got control of the ball when Arif Civan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Ömer Rıza Karasu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karabaglar's Abdurrahman Özdoğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kamil Ulucan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Abdurrahman Özdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Rıza Karasu in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Çağan Ünalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Idealtepe's supporters rose to their feet, but Çağan Ünalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdurrahman Özdoğan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Özgün Dertsiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özgün Dertsiz to make the kick off. If Özgün Dertsiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Idealtepe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karabaglar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
