Polat Ekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erhan Ünalan having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's Mert Topuz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aybek Deren. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Yağmurlu FC's Hazar Şah got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Hamit Tuğrul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Turgut Nevsal in the 19th minute really tested Aybek Deren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 25 minutes into the match, Yağmurlu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cemalettin Bostan came free, but Aybek Deren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Hazar Şah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's Erhan Ünalan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Hazar Şah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Hazar Şah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Polat Ekin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erhan Ünalan. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 64th minute, Hazar Şah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yağmurlu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mert Topuz in the 70th minute of play forced Yağmurlu FC's goalkeeper Aybek Deren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Gökalp Umurbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
