A collision led to Kocaali getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Cesur Deren hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Acun Uslu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Kulp FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merih Özerkmen to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kulp FK's goalkeeper Vahdet Ünsever, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Kulp FK's goal looked a bit too open when Saadettin Çetinsu came free, but Vahdet Ünsever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saadettin Çetinsu scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vahdet Ünsever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ensar Serafet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahdet Ünsever having to interfere. When Saadettin Çetinsu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kocaali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saadettin Çetinsu couldn't finish the play. Behiç Özbilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saadettin Çetinsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahdet Ünsever having to interfere. Ensar Serafet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Vahdet Ünsever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Ensar Serafet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kulp FK's Merih Özerkmen got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Merih Özerkmen off the ground. In the 47th minute, Merih Özerkmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saadettin Çetinsu made a kick off. Alp Gemici's late challenge caught a Kocaali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alp Gemici helped the player get up and apologised. Alp Gemici kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Kocaali's Ensar Serafet got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vahdet Ünsever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saadettin Çetinsu in the 62nd minute of play. Behiç Özbilek's late challenge caught a Kocaali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Saadettin Çetinsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kocaali's supporters rose to their feet, but Saadettin Çetinsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vahdet Ünsever breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Acun Uslu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Kulp FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
