Spectators: 7189 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İrfan Ulualp started the match with the kick off. Şimşek Günsel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haluk Avcı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Undertakers FC's Yusuf Ziya Temren got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orbay Köken came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Almus's Tarık Açıkgöz. But to his dismay, Tarık Açıkgöz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 18th match minute, Almus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İrfan Ulualp to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Haluk Avcı had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şimşek Günsel. Almus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haluk Avcı was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The supporters of Almus booed when Undertakers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murathan Bozyiğit didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, İrfan Ulualp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almus's supporters crossed their fingers, but İrfan Ulualp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Haluk Avcı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haluk Avcı struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Şimşek Günsel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Undertakers FC. Yusuf Ziya Temren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şimşek Günsel having to interfere. Haluk Avcı took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şimşek Günsel. Şimşek Günsel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Undertakers FC's Orbay Köken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şükrü Zaim in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Yusuf Ziya Temren made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the match Almus got a corner. Undertakers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Hamdi Sunullah ran over to the corner to take the kick. Koray Pekalp was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Şimşek Günsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Ziya Temren, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Haluk Avcı charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haluk Avcı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Haluk Avcı ran back to his position shaking his head. Şükrü Zaim's late challenge caught a Undertakers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şükrü Zaim helped the player get up and apologised. 1-3 came through a penalty shot after 73 played minutes, when Undertakers FC:s Semail Resai calmly waited for Almus:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. After 80 minutes, Ahmet Hayri Türkcan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Undertakers FC and the Almus players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Almus booed when Undertakers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hayri Türkcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Almus's Ahmet Hamdi Sunullah tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. İrfan Ulualp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Orbay Köken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Almus's Ahmet Hamdi Sunullah got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Ahmet Hamdi Sunullah off the ground. After a rather tough play, Almus's Ahmet Hamdi Sunullah got a free kick in the 87th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Almus's goal looked a bit too open when Yusuf Ziya Temren came free, but Şimşek Günsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Undertakers FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
