Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reha Olgunsoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıfat Gürler, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. If Lemi Arısan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SKC KARBON's Hafız Özerhan got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Lemi Arısan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mersin Spor Kulubü's supporters rose to their feet, but Lemi Arısan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reha Olgunsoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lemi Arısan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Reha Olgunsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reha Olgunsoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Mehmet Emin Karakan kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lemi Arısan sped through SKC KARBON's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reha Olgunsoy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip in the 27th minute of play forced SKC KARBON's goalkeeper Reha Olgunsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lemi Arısan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reha Olgunsoy having to interfere. In the 34th minute of the game, Rıfat Gürler landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Hafız Özerhan charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hafız Özerhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mersin Spor Kulubü booed when SKC KARBON was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hafız Özerhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SKC KARBON's zone, Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reha Olgunsoy came out of the goal and Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Tayyip Öktüre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mersin Spor Kulubü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayyip Öktüre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mersin Spor Kulubü's Tayyip Öktüre got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The SKC KARBON players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mersin Spor Kulubü were winning 0-1.

In the 51st minute, Gazanfer Erbatur made a precise shot to the right of Nazil Deren. Mersin Spor Kulubü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, SKC KARBON's Hafız Özerhan got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Tayyip Öktüre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mersin Spor Kulubü's Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reha Olgunsoy. SKC KARBON's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 68th minute, Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th play minute Muammer Taşkıner came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Reha Olgunsoy. 1-3. The supporters of Mersin Spor Kulubü booed when SKC KARBON was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gazanfer Erbatur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Muammer Taşkıner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Reha Olgunsoy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reha Olgunsoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. If Lemi Arısan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes of play, SKC KARBON's Gazanfer Erbatur made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nazil Deren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tayyip Öktüre fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 94th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot.
