Spectators: 7361 (Terracing: 5521, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dorival Novaes got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, ARSLAN's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Emrah Tanyeri came free, but Dinç Candemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Ömer Yanar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arda Göksel Durucan having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Göynük got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Hakan Özyuva. Dorival Novaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorival Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arda Göksel Durucan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ali Ömer Yanar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorival Novaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Alemdar Atılay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, ARSLAN's Dorival Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arda Göksel Durucan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After the first half ARSLAN were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Emrah Tanyeri was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Buğrahan Tamerk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dorival Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arda Göksel Durucan having to interfere. Dorival Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Arda Göksel Durucan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With an all-out effort, ARSLAN's Arda Göksel Durucan threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ali Ömer Yanar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mustafa Emrah Tanyeri kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. With a little luck, Göynük's Arda Göksel Durucan got control of the ball when Dorival Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Bert Scheffczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARSLAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Göynük the free kick. Ahmet Hakan Özyuva struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Dinç Candemir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göynük. ARSLAN played a much better game than Göynük and deserved their victory. The Göynük players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
