The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, BEŞİKTAŞ's Aziz Öktuğ got control of the ball when Gazanfer Özcan Tolgahan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turabi Tugay in the 20th minute of play forced BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Aziz Öktuğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Feyyaz Yuluğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kumru JK's goalkeeper İlker Yorgun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gazanfer Özcan Tolgahan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aziz Öktuğ came out and tried to block the shot, but Gazanfer Özcan Tolgahan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özen Himmet in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İlker Yorgun saved Kumru JK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özen Himmet in the 36th minute of play forced Kumru JK's goalkeeper İlker Yorgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Feyyaz Yuluğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kumru JK's zone, Muzaffer İlhanoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İlker Yorgun came out of the goal and Muzaffer İlhanoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Uğurcan Yücelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İlker Yorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özen Himmet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özen Himmet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feyyaz Yuluğ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Turabi Tugay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Öktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Turabi Tugay came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Kumru JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turabi Tugay couldn't finish the play. Umut Demirtuğ's late challenge caught a Kumru JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umut Demirtuğ helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kumru JK booed when BEŞİKTAŞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umut Demirtuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aziz Öktuğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turabi Tugay in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Feyyaz Yuluğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Öktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feyyaz Yuluğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aziz Öktuğ having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, BEŞİKTAŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cemal Zülfü to maneuver through the defense. Turabi Tugay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute Turabi Tugay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Öktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turabi Tugay struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Aziz Öktuğ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kumru JK. Kumru JK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
