After a rather tough play, Tekirdağ sk's Bülent Çol got a free kick in the 15th minute. A hard shot by Raik Tunçöven from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Ahmet İlke Numan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 18 minutes into the match, Tekirdağ sk's goal looked a bit too open when Kubat Taşcan came free, but Ahmet İlke Numan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orhun Başat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Ahmet İlke Numan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 45th minute, Çağan Erduran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Straniia SK's Kubat Taşcan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
