An unexpectedly hard shot by Halit Fahri Tümerkan in the 12th minute of play forced Kadifekale's goalkeeper Gafur Tuğtaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Müfit Hizanlı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melih Cevdet Arabacı, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Artun Şahinter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gafur Tuğtaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artun Şahinter in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. That made the score 3-1 after 42 minutes of play. 47 minutes into the match, Kadifekale's goalkeeper Gafur Tuğtaşı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oğuz Beysun. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arda Baybars Toköz made the kick off in the second half. Asrın Hürmetli kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Melih Cevdet Arabacı kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Halit Fahri Tümerkan had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Melih Cevdet Arabacı hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Arda Baybars Toköz came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Armutlu fans jumped to their feet. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müfit Hizanlı showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Arda Baybars Toköz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arda Baybars Toköz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Armutlu had played much better football throughout.
