Köprübasi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave es es the free kick. 6 minutes into the game, Abdurrahman Altuğ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Birol Toktaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 10 minutes into the match, Köprübasi's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurbey Cenan came free, but Birol Toktaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 14 minutes, Baturhan Sunay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köprübasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baturhan Sunay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the game, es es's Sungurbey Cenan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Birol Toktaş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 27th minute, Abdurrahman Altuğ made a precise shot to the right of Birol Toktaş. Köprübasi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 35th minute, Baturhan Sunay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Airidas Liulys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sedat Taif in the 41st minute of play. Baturhan Sunay was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 44th minute. Köprübasi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sedat Taif to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Köprübasi's goalkeeper Birol Toktaş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Baki Taşkesen. 55 minutes into the game, Ahmet Baki Taşkesen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Birol Toktaş. Ahmet Baki Taşkesen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Birol Toktaş was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Sungurbey Cenan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sungurbey Cenan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 63rd minute, Abdurrahman Altuğ reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Birol Toktaş. The goal made the score 0-6. Üzeyir Serdengeçti hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as es es's Ahmet Baki Taşkesen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Birol Toktaş. That made the score 0-7 after 67 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute Sadettin Nabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birol Toktaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Airidas Liulys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sedat Taif, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Sedat Taif ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Airidas Liulys was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. Baturhan Sunay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Airidas Liulys having to interfere. Sadettin Nabi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Birol Toktaş came out and tried to block the shot, but Sadettin Nabi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 87th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Birol Toktaş successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Birol Toktaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Baki Taşkesen in the 95th minute. Ahmet Baki Taşkesen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birol Toktaş having to interfere.
