Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Çetin Durul took the kick off in the first half of the match. With splendid footwork Özalp Ahmetoğlu arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 5th minute. In the 11th minute, İzzettin Umut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Vural Ekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kuddusî Dölek. Gençlik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vural Ekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 17th match minute, Tarakli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayati Özaltan to maneuver through the defense. Vural Ekin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Kuddusî Dölek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Özalp Ahmetoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gençlik's goal looked a bit too open when Özalp Ahmetoğlu came free, but Kuddusî Dölek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Fahri Kutyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhan Özender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuddusî Dölek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özalp Ahmetoğlu in the 39th minute of the match. Vural Ekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tarakli's Yaman Şahinhan got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Özalp Ahmetoğlu made a kick off. If Fahri Kutyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fahri Kutyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarakli's Orhan Özender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çetin Durul in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Özalp Ahmetoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Özalp Ahmetoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarakli's supporters rose to their feet, but Özalp Ahmetoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuddusî Dölek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kuddusî Dölek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özalp Ahmetoğlu in the 82nd minute of play. İzzettin Umut hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Tarakli's Orhan Özender proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Tarakli from getting a goal against them. Kuddusî Dölek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özalp Ahmetoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vural Ekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özalp Ahmetoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Kuddusî Dölek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gençlik's Ferman Bektaş got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Arif Ozan Yaruk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gençlik's Kuddusî Dölek didn't even have to move. Gençlik's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
