Baturay Sertaçgil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mümin İltemiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baturay Sertaçgil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. İsmailspor's Baturay Sertaçgil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Daman in the 17th minute of play. Baturay Sertaçgil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyüp Daman in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Eyüp Daman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Baturay Sertaçgil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mümin İltemiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in İsmailspor's zone, Mümin İltemiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baturay Sertaçgil came out of the goal and Mümin İltemiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ekber Haksever recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kurtulus were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after İsmailspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kunter Hekimoğlu took the corner. Baturay Sertaçgil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyüp Daman, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Baturay Sertaçgil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mümin İltemiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Eyüp Daman notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of İsmailspor's Baturay Sertaçgil. Baturay Sertaçgil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mümin İltemiz couldn't finish the play. Baturay Sertaçgil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mümin İltemiz in the 86th minute. Baturay Sertaçgil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyüp Daman, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Eyüp Daman came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Kurtulus fans jumped to their feet. Eyüp Daman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Kurtulus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
