The referee ignored Avare61's protests and gave Necip Fazıl Behzat a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Necip Fazıl Behzat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Avare61's zone, Kuddusî Mehdi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şehzade Tuğkun came out of the goal and Kuddusî Mehdi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, BEŞİKTAŞ JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sebati Songurhan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 36th minute Hüseyin Cahit Elmas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şehzade Tuğkun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Sebati Songurhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avare61's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebati Songurhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murat Tufan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nuh Göçmen's late challenge caught a Avare61's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. BEŞİKTAŞ JK's Murat Tufan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebati Songurhan in the 45th minute of play. After the first half BEŞİKTAŞ JK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebati Songurhan made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Sebati Songurhan made a precise shot to the right of Murat Tufan. After 61 played minutes, Avare61's Serhan Yeğin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Murat Tufan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Avare61 reached it. 65 minutes into the match, Avare61's goalkeeper Şehzade Tuğkun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kuddusî Mehdi. Dursun Ali Bakkalbaşıoğlu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. Murat Tufan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mert Savgat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
