Murat Tufan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsrafil Ergüner in the 6th minute of the match. BEŞİKTAŞ JK's Murat Tufan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsrafil Ergüner in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Dursun Ali Bakkalbaşıoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Binali Kuntay skillfully saved the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Güral Baybars's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Murat Tufan was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Güral Baybars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Ahmet Rıfat Erseç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hüseyin Cahit Elmas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Binali Kuntay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hüseyin Cahit Elmas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güral Baybars in the 96th minute of play forced BEŞİKTAŞ JK's goalkeeper Murat Tufan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
