The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Güral Baybars took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eyüp Işınay. Eyüp Işınay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Binali Kuntay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökçe Sanbay in the 12th minute. Mevlüt Hürol hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If İsrafil Ergüner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İsrafil Ergüner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Borcka FK's İsrafil Ergüner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eyüp Işınay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Mevlüt Hürol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DoCtOrS FC's Mevlüt Hürol got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Borcka FK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Güral Baybars made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Gökçe Sanbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binali Kuntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Borcka FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gökçe Sanbay came free, but Binali Kuntay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ahmet Rıfat Erseç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İsrafil Ergüner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ahmet Rıfat Erseç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes, Atabek Cevizoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DoCtOrS FC and the Borcka FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes DoCtOrS FC got a freekick which was hit by Atabek Cevizoğlu. Baskın Onay shot from long distance in the 81st minute, but Eyüp Işınay was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. İsrafil Ergüner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyüp Işınay having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Borcka FK's Batıkan Sökmensu got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Borcka FK's goalkeeper Binali Kuntay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Binali Kuntay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mevlüt Hürol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borcka FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
