Spectators: 7018 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Feyyaz Hedef got the match started through his kick off. Aycan Yorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuz Bülent Ulu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aycan Yorgun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feyyaz Hedef's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Süleyman Ongu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahdet Cinel in the 19th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Yavuz Bülent Ulu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aycan Yorgun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Konyaspor SK's Süleyman Ongu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Konyaspor SK from getting a goal against them. Süleyman Ongu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahdet Cinel in the 37th minute of the match. If Vahdet Cinel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vahdet Cinel struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Süleyman Ongu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vardar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vahdet Cinel was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Vahdet Cinel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Süleyman Ongu. Konyaspor SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vahdet Cinel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 80 minutes, Asrın Şerif mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vardar and the Konyaspor SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Asrın Şerif hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Feyyaz Hedef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yavuz Bülent Ulu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aycan Yorgun having to interfere. In the 90th minute Asrın Şerif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Süleyman Ongu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vardar getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Muharrem Türev hit a great ball. After 97 played minutes Vardar got a freekick which was hit by Vahap Saye.
