An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesur Uzbay in the 6th minute of play forced Zonguldak SK's goalkeeper Gani Özaktuğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gani Özaktuğ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazil Acem in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesur Uzbay in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gani Özaktuğ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Zonguldak SK booed when Kargi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüştü Rafiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Kargi's Bayındır Mehmet Beyhan got a free kick in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Cesur Uzbay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gani Özaktuğ was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Gani Özaktuğ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesur Uzbay's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Gani Özaktuğ didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesur Uzbay went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesur Uzbay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cesur Uzbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nazil Acem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cesur Uzbay came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Kargi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesur Uzbay couldn't finish the play.
