After some careless play in the DODURGA defense, Ali Kürşat Tuncaral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ecevit As. The DODURGA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ecevit As should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Turkish Football Club's zone, Çelikan Akasoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolunay Erandaç came out of the goal and Çelikan Akasoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Kürşat Tuncaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as DODURGA's Varol Işık slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tolunay Erandaç. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. After 22 minutes, Alim Ağca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DODURGA and the Turkish Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes DODURGA got a freekick which was hit by Alim Ağca. After 30 minutes of play, Turkish Football Club's Yetkiner Tuğtekin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ecevit As was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 35 minutes, Abdi Saygın Efe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DODURGA and the Turkish Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes DODURGA got a freekick which was hit by Abdi Saygın Efe. A collision led to DODURGA getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bozkurt Sahat hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Turkish Football Club's Ahmet Orhan Zoral tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Ali Kürşat Tuncaral came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Turkish Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Kürşat Tuncaral couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Varol Işık's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tolunay Erandaç was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Varol Işık made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Kürşat Tuncaral in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ecevit As saved DODURGA from getting behind. Ecevit As made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Yetkiner Tuğtekin sent off a good shot on target. Ecevit As didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. 60 minutes into the game, Çelikan Akasoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Tolunay Erandaç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Çelikan Akasoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tolunay Erandaç was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Tolunay Erandaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Varol Işık, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Çelikan Akasoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tolunay Erandaç was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. A collision led to Turkish Football Club getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Necmi Akşit hit a great ball. Ali Kürşat Tuncaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ecevit As tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Çakabey Kutam suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. DODURGA's Alim Ağca got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Alim Ağca off the ground. In the 81st minute, Yetkiner Tuğtekin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Necmi Akşit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Çelikan Akasoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tolunay Erandaç was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Turkish Football Club's Yetkiner Tuğtekin got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bozkurt Sahat hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Turkish Football Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
