Rıfat Mukaddes made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Arif Nihat Akdurmuş sent off a good shot on target. Sürmene JK's Yağızalp İkinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selim Adahan in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Corum JK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Baturhan Sözer hit a great ball. If Nurettin Barlas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corum JK's Rıfat Mukaddes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Corum JK from getting a goal against them. Nurettin Barlas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Nihat Akdurmuş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Rıfat Mukaddes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yağızalp İkinci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sürmene JK's Atak Özger got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Yağızalp İkinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir in the 30th minute of play. Yağızalp İkinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selim Adahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp İkinci was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp İkinci having to interfere. If Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yağızalp İkinci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selim Adahan in the 46th minute of the match. Yağızalp İkinci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selim Adahan's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nurettin Barlas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yağızalp İkinci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selim Adahan's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yağızalp İkinci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selim Adahan in the 56th minute of the match. With his leg Yağızalp İkinci managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Corum JK's Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Yağızalp İkinci made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Selim Adahan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yağızalp İkinci was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Sürmene JK's goalkeeper Yağızalp İkinci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir. Selim Adahan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yağızalp İkinci came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Corum JK's Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir. But to his dismay, Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Atak Özger kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Rıfat Mukaddes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nurettin Barlas's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Corum JK's goalkeeper Rıfat Mukaddes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Sürmene JK defense, Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yağızalp İkinci. The Sürmene JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yağızalp İkinci should have stopped the shot. Yağızalp İkinci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selim Adahan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Adahan in the 95th minute of play forced Sürmene JK's goalkeeper Yağızalp İkinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yağızalp İkinci, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmet Ozan Pekdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp İkinci having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Corum JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
