Kunter Acemoğlu's late challenge caught a Banaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kunter Acemoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Kunter Acemoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Osman Ali Akkanoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tibet Tolunbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Perfects lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
