Şansal Bala didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Gökalp Salman in the 28th minute of play forced Karakoyunlu JK's goalkeeper Şansal Bala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinç Yakup to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dinç Yakup in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güneri Ayıkoğlu saved Yozgatspor 1959 Fk from getting behind. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
