Thanks to some nice moves Olgun Ergunalp could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Korhan Aydemir however easily saved by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, The Wanderes's goalkeeper Korhan Aydemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgun Ergunalp. The supporters of ATATÜRKİYE booed when The Wanderes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen İdrisoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Korhan Aydemir acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ünsal Kapkin. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özen Akar to make the kick off. The The Wanderes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 72nd minute, Özen Akar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ünsal Kapkin kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ediz Oğuzalp made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Cevher Çelikyay sent off a good shot on target. Korhan Aydemir came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by ATATÜRKİYE's Özen Akar. But to his dismay, Özen Akar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Olgun Ergunalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
