After 5 played minutes Ilica got a freekick which was hit by Ali Faruk Garip. Eser Saruca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Faruk Garip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yağızalp Bozer during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Yağızalp Bozer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Ilica's goalkeeper Suat Şehzade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mutlu Turalp. Ali Faruk Garip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eser Saruca having to interfere. Eser Saruca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Faruk Garip, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Eser Saruca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökhan Safa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute of the match, Mutlu Turalp got a very nice opportunity to score, but Suat Şehzade was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Güralp Safer charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güralp Safer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 played minutes Ilica got a freekick which was hit by Güralp Safer. Ali Nabi Düden struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Suat Şehzade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altınordu Fc. In the 26th minute, Erdem Tenzil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Altınordu Fc getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ali Nabi Düden hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ilica's goalkeeper Suat Şehzade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mutlu Turalp. Altınordu Fc's Ali Nabi Düden was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Ali Nabi Düden dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Suat Şehzade, 2-0. When Ali Faruk Garip came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ilica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Faruk Garip couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Mutlu Turalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altınordu Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Eser Saruca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Faruk Garip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Altınordu Fc's Eser Saruca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Faruk Garip in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Nabi Düden made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Ilica got a freekick which was hit by Sebati Gazzali. In the 52nd minute, Mutlu Turalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Faruk Garip got free with Eser Saruca in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eser Saruca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdem Nuratay, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Ali Faruk Garip took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Eser Saruca to make any attempt to save it. Eser Saruca was a little too slow when Ali Faruk Garip got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 3-2. Eser Saruca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdem Nuratay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peker Keremşah got free with Eser Saruca in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eser Saruca came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Ilica's Ali Faruk Garip. But to his dismay, Ali Faruk Garip quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Eser Saruca made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ali Faruk Garip sent off a good shot on target. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
