Sancarbey Koray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ünsal Gökekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balamir Karadağ in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, BAYBURTSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yıldıray Ocakoğlu to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Balamir Karadağ sped through BAYBURTSPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ünsal Gökekin. Mehmet Halis Kalgay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derman Özdil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecevit Pektürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal Gökekin having to interfere. Balamir Karadağ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Doruk Durali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Balamir Karadağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paris Saint Turkey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balamir Karadağ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Mirkelam Başay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paris Saint Turkey's Mehmet Halis Kalgay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derman Özdil in the 37th minute of play. If Balamir Karadağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ceyhan Üçok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Numan Türegün in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ünsal Gökekin saved BAYBURTSPOR from getting behind. After 43 minutes, Numan Türegün made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. BAYBURTSPOR's Ünsal Gökekin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the game, Numan Türegün was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paris Saint Turkey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAYBURTSPOR the free kick. The supporters of BAYBURTSPOR booed when Paris Saint Turkey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Numan Türegün didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Paris Saint Turkey's goal looked a bit too open when Derman Özdil came free, but Mehmet Halis Kalgay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Derman Özdil made the kick off in the second half. Ünsal Gökekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balamir Karadağ went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Balamir Karadağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Gökekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BAYBURTSPOR's Ünsal Gökekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balamir Karadağ in the 62nd minute of play. Balamir Karadağ in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ünsal Gökekin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ünsal Gökekin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Numan Türegün. If Balamir Karadağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ceyhan Üçok received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ünsal Gökekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Paris Saint Turkey's Balamir Karadağ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ünsal Gökekin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Balamir Karadağ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BAYBURTSPOR's Ünsal Gökekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Doruk Durali took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Ünsal Gökekin to make any attempt to save it. In the 88th minute, Doruk Durali reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ünsal Gökekin. The goal made the score 0-8. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Balamir Karadağ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paris Saint Turkey's supporters rose to their feet, but Balamir Karadağ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ünsal Gökekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paris Saint Turkey's Doruk Durali got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Balamir Karadağ did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Ünsal Gökekin 97 minutes into the match. Paris Saint Turkey's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
