Okanay İspirli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tansu Altıncığlu in the 13th minute. Levent Topçay took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kartal Ruhsat. Kartal Ruhsat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Tahtalıspor defense, Çağdaş Rikap kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kartal Ruhsat. The Tahtalıspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kartal Ruhsat should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Tahtalıspor's Alphan Köker got a free kick in the 24th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Tahtalıspor's Recep Tayyip Sabih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Okanay İspirli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tansu Altıncığlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Okanay İspirli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Tahtalıspor's goal looked a bit too open when Çağdaş Rikap came free, but Kartal Ruhsat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İnegölspor's Çelikan Tamer got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baykal Avcı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Okanay İspirli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Tayyip Sabih in the 48th minute of play. The Tahtalıspor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. İnegölspor were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çelikan Tamer was the one to do the kick off. Baysal Tanju's late challenge caught a Tahtalıspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baysal Tanju helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, İnegölspor's Baysal Tanju got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Recep Tayyip Sabih recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abay Uzay kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Kartal Ruhsat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çelikan Tamer in the 79th minute. Tahtalıspor's Kartal Ruhsat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Tahtalıspor from getting a goal against them. Çelikan Tamer struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Kartal Ruhsat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İnegölspor. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. İnegölspor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
