The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ercüment Taib didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Malkara SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Semail came free, but Vecdi Ballı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Servet Öktuğ hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Bozkurt players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
